I wanted to take a moment to check in and see how your family is doing this fall. Between school, activities, homework, work schedules, and everything else life throws our way, this season can feel pretty full.
When life gets busy, it's easy to move from one thing to the next without taking time to pause and reflect. That's why I wanted to share a simple idea from the You've Got This Family PowerPak.
This week, try asking your kids this question at dinner, in the car, or before bed:
"Where did you see God help you today?"
Their answers might surprise you. Sometimes God's help shows up in a kind friend, a good grade, the courage to try something new, or simply getting through a hard day.
These small conversations can help kids recognize that God is present in their everyday lives and remind them that they're never facing life's challenges alone.

Most parents I know feel like they're behind.
